When you join 9lapak, you agree to our terms of use. These terms govern your account, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, and our relationship with you. We set them out to ensure fair play, protect your funds, and clarify what we do and what you can expect from us. Account Opening and Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of all details you submit. If you provide false information, we may suspend or close your account and forfeit any balance.

Your account password and two-factor authentication credentials are your responsibility. Keep them confidential. We do not ask for your password via email or chat; any request claiming to be from 9lapak asking for your password is fraudulent. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately via the in-app help centre.

You may create one account per person. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same individual, we will close all but the first-created account. Any bonuses or winnings on duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Our 9lapak verification policy

Before your first withdrawal, we require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification: a valid national ID and proof of address. This protects both you and us from fraud and money-laundering risk.

Deposits and Payment Methods

Withdrawals and Settlement

Processing typically takes 24 business hours. Actual settlement depends on your bank or e-wallet provider and may take 1–3 business days. We do not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges—check your provider's terms before withdrawing. We cannot retrieve or refund charges levied by third parties.

Bonuses are not cash; they are credited as bonus funds separate from your main balance.
